Yoga Soul Wellness Center offers live, trauma-informed yoga classes throughout the week—both in-person at our Portola studio and virtually via Zoom. Our weekly classes are designed for students of all levels and all backgrounds, with a focus on healing, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

Each class invites you to explore movement, breath, and stillness in a supportive environment. You’ll never be pushed or corrected—just guided gently into your own awareness, choice, and presence. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat after time away, you’ll find welcoming space here to build consistency and confidence.

What to Expect in a Weekly Class

Trauma-informed yoga classes at Yoga Soul are centered on consent, presence, and empowerment. Every session includes options and invitations—not directives—so you can honor your needs in real time.

Classes begin with a check-in, followed by a gentle warm-up, breath-led movement, and rest or meditation. You’re welcome to move at your own pace and take breaks whenever needed.

Class Schedule and Offerings

Our weekly schedule includes four trauma-informed class styles, each designed to support different aspects of wellness. All classes are beginner-friendly and taught with variations, props, and pacing options to ensure accessibility.

Weekly Class Offerings:

Hatha Yoga & Osteo Exercises

A grounding practice focused on posture, breath, and stability. Ideal for all levels.

Saturday: 
In Studio & Online | 11:30 AM | 1 Hour

A slow-paced sequence linking movement and breath. Great for new students or anyone looking for a reset.

Saturday: 
In Studio & Online | 10:00 AM | 1 Hour

Balancing practices designed to activate, align, and clear energy centers in the body.

Thursday: 
In Studio & Online | 4:30 PM | 1 Hour

A guided meditation in savasana designed to bring the body into deep rest and the mind into healing awareness.

Tuesday: 
Online | 4:30 PM | 1 Hour

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Private Appointments + Yoga Training

  • Tuesday – Yoga Nidra

  • Thursday – Chakra Yoga

  • Saturday – Beginner Flow + Hatha

  • Sunday – Rest day

Each class includes breathwork, grounding, and mindful transitions. There is no required level of fitness or flexibility.
