Yoga Soul Wellness Center in Portola, California, is a trauma-informed yoga studio and teacher training school offering live, on-demand, and self-paced programs. We provide group yoga classes, private sessions, meditation, wellness memberships, and certified yoga teacher training. With a foundation rooted in inclusivity and compassion, our studio supports students and teachers of all levels, welcoming every body and background into a safe, healing-centered space.
